*GaETC is a professional development opportunity for adult educators. We love kids, but you must be 18 years or older to attend any part of the conference. Exceptions can be made for youth volunteers and student presenters, ages 10-17. However, all such participation must be pre-approved in writing. For safety reasons, no one under the age of 18 will be allowed into the exhibit hall.

ADDITIONAL REGISTRATION RESTRICTIONS
Other Registration Options/Restrictions:
- Schools/Districts may purchase registration ‘blocks’ for a generic group from your district or school (specific attendees unknown at this time), These blocks must be accompanied by payment. Registrations should then be assigned to individuals sometime prior to the pre-registration deadline of 10/02/2023. Please contact awilliams@gaetc.org to purchase a block.
- During Regular registration (after 8/1/2023) schools/districts can receive a ‘Group Discount’ of $10 off each registration for groups of 30 or more. Registrations MUST be submitted together and be accompanied by payment.
3. Full Conference Registrations may NOT be shared (cannot purchase 1 registration and then send a different person each day). Only 1 name badge will be issued per Full Conference Registration.
4. Presenters Who Have Paid Registration Fees – If the Main Presenter has paid the registration fee and his/her application to present is accepted, the registration fee will be refunded, by request, to the Main Presenter or they may request their fee be transferred to another participant. Co-Presenters are NOT complimentary and must pay to attend the conference.
5. Complimentary Registrations. Each person eligible for a Complimentary Registration (Committee, Main Presenter, Facilitator, etc.) only receives 1 registration regardless of how many ‘hats’ they wear, i.e. a
committee member who also is a Presenter. Complimentary registrations are non-transferable.
6. Cancellations on or before 10/02/2023 receive a refund less a fee of $35. Cancellations after 10/02/2023 are not refundable but a substitution may be made.
