How do I take advantage of early pricing for a group?
To take advantage of early pricing by registering a generic group from your district or school (specific attendees unknown at this time), please contact Amy Williams, Registration Manager, directly at email@example.com or toll free at 866-554-2382. Please note that full payment is required at the time of submitting registrations.
What methods of payment are accepted?
GaETC accepts Credit Card (Visa/MC/Amex), Check (payable to GaETC), or Purchase Order as payment for registration.
What is included in my registration for the conference?
The Full Conference includes your choice of over 250 concurrent sessions, the keynote session, exhibit hall admittance, exhibitor presentations, coffee breaks, and the Wednesday reception. Pre-registration includes a conference tote bag. If you register onsite, bags will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. (NOTE: A bag is included with full-conference or single-day registration only. Attendees who register only for workshops and/or the exhibit hall will not receive tote bags.)
What if I can only attend one day of the conference - can I share my badge with someone else?
Sharing of a conference registration or name badge is strictly prohibited.
How do we register as a group once regular registration prices go into effect?
When regular registration prices go into effect, schools/districts can receive a ‘Group Discount’ of $10 off each registration for groups of 30 or more. Registrations MUST be submitted together and be accompanied by payment.
How do I cancel my registration or receive a refund?
ALL cancellations and requests for refunds are subject to a $35 administrative fee and must be received by October 8, 2019. Requests should be mailed to McRae Conferences & Trade Shows at the address below or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. No refunds will be given after October 8; however, participant substitutions may be made.
