Coming from the west via I-285. Exit to Camp Creek Parkway traveling East toward the Airport. Turn right at the Airport Rd light (Rac Trac Gas station will be on your right). Take a left at the 1ststop sign onto Convention Center Concourse. Next, take a left at the first intersection and then enter the parking lot at the 1stgate on your left.

Coming from the East via I-85. Exit to Camp Creek Parkway traveling West away from the Airport. Move to the 2 inside turn lanes at the 1sttraffic light. Turn left at the light on to Convention Center Concourse. Take the first right and enter the parking lot at the East entrance

The Full Conference includes your choice of over 250 concurrent sessions, the keynote session, exhibit hall admittance, exhibitor presentations and coffee breaks.

Full Conference Registrations may NOT be shared (cannot purchase 1 registration and then send a  different person each day). Only 1 name badge will be issued per Full Conference Registration.

Each person eligible for a Complimentary Registration (Committee, Main  Presenter, Facilitator, etc.) only receives 1 registration regardless of how many ‘hats’ they wear, i.e. a  committee member who also is a Presenter. Complimentary registrations are non-transferable.

Cancellations on or before 10/06/2025 receive a refund less a fee of $50. Cancellations after 10/06/2025 are not refundable but a substitution may be made.

Presenters Who Have Paid Registration Fees – If the Main Presenter has paid the registration fee and his/her application to present is accepted, the registration fee will be refunded, by request, to the Main  Presenter or they may request their fee be transferred to another participant. Co-Presenters are NOT  complimentary and must pay to attend the conference.

To take advantage of early pricing by registering a generic group from your district or school (specific attendees unknown at this time)-  Schools/Districts may purchase registration ‘blocks’ for a generic group from your district or school (specific attendees unknown at this time). These blocks must be accompanied by payment. Registrations should then  be assigned to individuals sometime prior to the pre-registration deadline of 10/06/2025.

During Regular registration (after 8/1/2025) schools/districts can receive a ‘Group Discount’ of $10 off each  registration for groups of 30 or more. Registrations MUST be submitted together and be accompanied by  payment.
