Dr. Greg Walkup

Dr. Walkup is a pioneering middle school audiovisual educator at Otwell Middle School who inspires students to explore their passions through film, broadcasting, and podcasting. He has helped students produce the district’s first entirely student-created video podcast while teaching them the skills, creativity, and confidence to write, film, direct, and produce their own work. Beyond technical skills, Dr. Walkup emphasizes communication, collaboration, and character, connecting students with their school and community while fostering partnerships with elementary and high school AV programs.
