Cecille Bolton

Dr. Cecille Bolton is the Teacher Support Specialist for Assistive Technology and Specially Designed Instruction in the Paulding County School District. She holds a doctorate in Educational Leadership with a specialization in Educational Technology from the University of Phoenix and brings 19 years of experience supporting students, educators, and school leaders in special education and universal design for learning. In her role, Dr. Bolton leads district wide efforts to implement accessible, functional supports through high-quality specially designed instruction that increases student access and achievement. She has had the honor of presenting at conferences and educational organizations at the state and national level, including GaETC! Her work centers on targeted academic interventions, building instructional capacity among educators, and promoting student independence and long-term success.
